Hills of Peace Lutheran church is a wheelchair accessible church. With double door ground floor entrances. It has a large parking lot that will hold 45 – 50 cars. A large kitchen with two fridges, a stove and a microwave.
It has 2 Sunday school rooms with removeable walls that open into the main Narthex. This room is ideal for a small banquet, sitting 60 comfortably, with tables in the Narthex for a buffet. We have a small meeting room at the back of the church which would be great for 10 people to have a private business meeting or for quarterly reports
The Sanctuary seats 84 people with removable walls that allow more seating into the Narthex. The church has held fairs here. It will hold 16 eight foot tables comfortably. We also have a large outdoor space. Perfect for games, pictures, picnics or family reunions.
Weddings
In our ELCIC Lutheran Church, we are honoured to share in the celebration of the love between partners. We welcome couples of all expressions for weddings.
It is common for marriages of partners to be at locations away from our church building. Any couple seeking marriage is also welcome to be married in our church.

Funerals
In the Lutheran tradition, after a loved one dies, we gather to grieve, sharing stories about our relative or friend. Then, through God’s Word, prayers, and blessings, we commend the loved one to God’s care.
Funeral services typically take place in the church, with a brief set of prayers beside the burial place after the funeral or Celebration of Life.
Planned with those who are closest to the loved one, funerals or Celebrations of life can include music, singing, poems, eulogies, Bible readings, homily, prayer and blessings.

Our Church building is available for rent for many different purposes.
